The Fuzu Talent team searches for candidates from pre-validated talent pools and checks their availability and interest. We ensure that candidates possess the necessary soft and hard skills and align with your corporate culture. Our team will keep you informed of their progress and provide either a candidate shortlist for your role(s) or a suggestion to expand the search to an even wider network of talent.

It is ultimately your choice who you want to work with, so we provide you and your team with all the necessary background information and let you interview the top candidates. Finding the right talent is not just about the talent profile, but also about their cultural fit. Both aspects need to match.

Contracting
Alongside the talent search, the Fuzu account team prepares and shares the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and related annexes for your review. We have all the necessary templates ready to make the process fast and smooth. Once the MSA is signed and you have identified your ideal candidate, we can contract the talent and begin preparing for onboarding.

Talent onboarding
The objective of the onboarding process is to ensure that consultants seamlessly integrate into your organization. Together with you, we define objectives for the first few weeks and months, and provide talent with access to a wide library of onboarding and learning materials.

Performance monitoring
Success of the remote talent is important to both you and Fuzu. We monitor closely the performance of Fuzu Global Workforce specialists in your organization. If any issues arise, or if you are not satisfied with the performance, we will help rectify the situation by providing support to the candidate or by finding a replacement.
